Request for User Account Deletion
Dear App Users,
We understand that privacy and data control are essential aspects of your digital experience. As such, we want to ensure that you have the ability to manage your data in the Directory mobile app according to your preferences.
If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted from the Directory mobile app, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Log onto the RAFBDIR mobile app on your device.
- From the Home screen, click on “Unsubscribe”
- Follow the prompts to confirm your decision to unsubscribe and delete your account data.
Please note that this action will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our App.
